Information about the shipping of your order.

Delivery time:

Your orders will be processed by us as quickly as possible and usually handed over to our shipping partner on the same, but at the latest on the next working day after receipt of payment by the logistics centre.

If the goods are in stock, the delivery time is normally no longer than 2 working days within Germany. Deliveries to other European countries take up to 7 working days.

Deliveries to the rest of the world vary greatly in duration, but no longer than 14 working days.

Logistics:

Deliveries are made with DHL for standard shipping. Express deliveries are made with TNT if offered.

Zone 1: Shipping within Germany

From a value of goods of 200,00 € we ship free of charge within Germany.

Below a value of goods of 200,00 € the shipping costs are as follows:

up to 2 kg = 4,99 €

up to 10 kg = 6,90 €

Zone 2: Shipping to foreign countries - only EU countries*.

From a value of goods of 200,00 € we ship free of charge within zone 2.

Below a value of goods of 200,00 € the shipping costs are as follows:

up to 5 kg = 17,00 €

up to 10 kg = 22,00 €

up to 20 kg = 32,00 €

up to 31 kg = 42,00 €

* Zone 2 applies to the following countries:
